THE BOOK
Wolverhampton Wanderers history from forming in 1877, right up to the 2016-17 season, shown through the greatest collection of Wolves matchworn shirts ever assembled, the vast majority being featured in this collection.
Top quality coffee table sized hardback, 255 pages in stunning colour with all profits going to charity.
Special thanks must go to the club. Without their considerable assistance the book could not have been done. From help with the historical content,the priceless shirts in the museum they allowed us to use, selling the book in the club shop,letting us film numerous times both at Molineux and Compton etc. they have been nothing short of brilliant.
THE CHARITY
All profits from the book will be donated to Birmingham Childrens Hospital cancer unit.Target is £30,000 with £22,000 already donated.Many thanks to the Subscribers and Sponsors and everyone who helped make this possible.
THE BEER
To celebrate the launch of the book,the oldest brewery in the UK, Three Tuns in the stunning Shropshire village of Bishop's Castle donated 8 barrels of a special beer,an Indian pale ale 'they wore the shirt' with all proceeds going to the charity.To find out more about the brewery and perhaps even arrange a tour,click here.
